ABOUT US

TARA JOHNSON, MSA
Founder and Director Enhearten Financial

Tara has worked for more than 20 years in accounting, both corporately and privately for small business owners.

She started her love for accounting and small business at age 16, while managing her mom’s art studio.  After graduating from the University of North Texas with a MS/BS in Accounting, she continued her accounting career by working as an assistant controller for 7 years for a private manufacturing corporation.  In corporate accounting, Tara perfected her skills as an internal accountant, focusing on the wide array of financial needs for small business owners.  She began her entrepreneurial career in accounting and bookkeeping in 2012 and has since served numerous industries such as Landscaping, Auto Glass, Graphic Design, E-Commerce, Publishing, Consulting, Non-Profit and more.  Her many years of experience have gleaned her insights and specializations in creating efficient business processes and workflows, helping with cost control and budgeting issues, advising unique tax situations,  and walking alongside her clients as a trusted business advisor on the day-to-day financial operations of their business.

"I have a passion for helping people find the potential in their business by providing them relief from the burden of accounting, payroll and tax and running the "paper" side of their business.  Let Enhearten handle your books, while you pursue your passion!"
